Creative Business Academy (EN) I: Develop your business model
Are you ready to turn your creative passion into a successful career? Whether you’re in the planning phase or have already started your business and want to reflect on it in a structured way, the Creative Business Academy is here for you.
Experience a hands-on week filled with opportunities to learn, share, explore, and create. We will work interactively, delving deeply into various dimensions of your business.

Day 1 & 2: Business Model Development
We will kick off the Creative Business Academy by building the foundation of your business. You’ll explore your target groups and customers, identifying their needs and pain points. We’ll examine the values or solutions your business offers, how to communicate them effectively, your internal and external resources, potential partners, and ultimately, how to generate revenue and manage costs.
You can book just the first two days of the Creative Business Academy but we strongly recommend attending the entire week.
All four modules must be booked separately.
Day 3: Positioning and Pricing
On the third day, we’ll focus on how to position yourself in the market and develop smart, sustainable pricing strategies.
Day 4: Negotiating
Following the development of your pricing structure, we will dive into negotiation techniques to help you achieve your goals successfully.
Day 5: How to make it all work
Finally, we’ll address the big question: how to make it all work. You’ll learn techniques and tools to motivate yourself during tough times, handle uncertainty, and maintain confidence. Bring your business to the next level.
