Day 5: How to make it all work
In this module we address the big question: how to make it all work. You’ll learn techniques and tools to motivate yourself during tough times, handle uncertainty, deal with procrastination and maintain confidence.
You can book just this part of the Creative Business Academy but we strongly recommend to attend the entire week.
All four modules must be booked separately.
Day 1 & 2: Business Model Development
We will kick off the Creative Business Academy by building the foundation of your business. You’ll explore your target groups and customers, identifying their needs and pain points. We’ll examine the values or solutions your business offers, how to communicate them effectively, your internal and external resources, potential partners, and ultimately, how to generate revenue and manage costs.
Day 3: Positioning and Pricing
On the third day, we’ll focus on how to position yourself in the market and develop smart, sustainable pricing strategies.
Day 4: Negotiating
Following the development of your pricing structure, we will dive into negotiation techniques to help you achieve your goals successfully.

- Legal counselling
