Working in the cultural and creative sector requires creativity, courage and adaptability. It also means navigating uncertainty, managing competing demands and sustaining your energy in environments that are constantly evolving.
This weekend offers a space to pause, reflect and reconnect—with yourself, your work and a community of women who share similar experiences and challenges.
Together, we will explore what helps us stay grounded, creative and resilient in times of change. Bringing together body, heart and mind, we will make space for reflection, meaningful conversations and practical exploration of the resources that support growth, wellbeing and sustainable professional practice.
