In this workshop (based on the Harvard method) you learn to negotiate successfully by working with interests instead of positions, naming what matters clearly, and creating conditions for genuine win-win.
We explore how trust is built, how emotions can be navigated without losing yourself, and how strategic preparation supports grounded choices — not pressure, not pleasing.
You will practice mindset, strategy and concrete interaction tools that help you show up with calm professionalism — and protect the value of your work.
