    Jenny Haack has been working in the arts and culture sector for more than twenty years. With a background as an artist, dance maker, founder, festival and project manager, mediator, consultant and systemic coach, she has been sharing her wide-ranging expertise on topics relating to self-employment in the arts and creative sector in seminars and open consultation.

    Mirjam Hirsch supports women in the development and implementation of business strategies and issues relating to entrepreneurship, self-positioning, marketing, communication, negotiation and dealing with conflicts.
    Mirjam has been developing and facilitating training and coaching sessions for over 20 years. She is certified in Systemic Change Management, Integral Coaching & Business Coaching, and the developer of the Integral Public Speaking Approach (IPSA). She holds an M.A. in women’s and gender studies and history. Above this she is also an award-winning and internationally successful tango dancer and teacher.
