Consultation and coaching free of charge for female* artists and creative freelancers & entrepreneurs from Berlin. We also offer a wide range of workshops on business planning, funding possibilities, finances and taxes, as well as on topics like marketing, public speaking, team building, conflict resolution & communication, stress management & mindfulness and much more.

We help you developing, promoting and implementing your projects, businesses and careers. We support you on your way to successfully working on your goals and dreams.

    Förderungen und Kooperationen

    Das Programm ARTWert VIII - Beratung & Qualifizierung in der Kulturwirtschaft wird aus Mitteln der Europäischen Union (Europäischer Sozialfonds ESF+) und des Landes Berlin im Rahmen des Förderinstruments "Qualifizierung in der Kulturwirtschaft (KuWiQ)" kofinanziert sowie von der Stiftung Pfefferwerk unterstützt.     Mirjam Hirsch supports women in the development and implementation of business strategies and issues relating to entrepreneurship, self-positioning, marketing, communication, negotiation and dealing with conflicts.
    Mirjam has been developing and facilitating training and coaching sessions for over 20 years. She is certified in Systemic Change Management, Integral Coaching & Business Coaching, and the developer of the Integral Public Speaking Approach (IPSA). She holds an M.A. in women’s and gender studies and history. Above this she is also an award-winning and internationally successful tango dancer and teacher.
