Seminar in English The basics of self-employment (EN, Oct.)

Typ

Seminar in English

Beschreibung

First, the basics:
What does it mean to be an artist, a cultural entrepreneur, or a creative entrepreneur? Can you turn your creative work into a business model? Do you prefer to work as a solo self-employed person or as part of a team—and if so, what’s the right business structure for that? Where do you need to register? What about contracts, (e-)invoices, terms and conditions, and taxes? The Artists’ Social Insurance Fund? How do you define your offerings, and who are you targeting?

In this short seminar, you’ll get an initial overview of what it takes to be a creative freelancer or to start your own business. In addition to introductory information, there will be time for your questions.
