Day 1 & 2: Business Model Development
We will kick off the Creative Business Academy by building the foundation of your business. You’ll explore your target groups and customers, identifying their needs and pain points. We’ll examine the values or solutions your business offers, how to communicate them effectively, your internal and external resources, potential partners, and ultimately, how to generate revenue and manage costs.
Day 3: Positioning and Pricing
On the third day, we’ll focus on how to position yourself in the market and develop smart, sustainable pricing strategies.
Day 4: Negotiating
Following the development of your pricing structure, we will dive into negotiation techniques to help you achieve your goals successfully.
Day 5: How to make it all work
Finally, we’ll address the big question: how to make it all work. You’ll learn techniques and tools to motivate yourself during tough times, handle uncertainty, and maintain confidence.

Facilitator: Mirjam Hirsch
Mirjam has a background as certified Integral Coach and Business Coach, Systemic Change Manager, Stress Prevention Trainer, M.A. Historian and Gender Scientist and on top of that she is an award-winning Tango Dancer. She has more than 20 years of experience in designing workshops, trainings and coachings in business, cultural and academic environments. This includes hundreds of one-to-one coachings. Mirjam Hirsch is the founder of the Integral Public Speaking Approach (IPSA), a holistic framework which integrates work on presence, confidence, rhetorics and connection in a unique way.
Her motor is her passion to empower people to become their most confident selves. Her fuel is her unique background that she uses to design creative, interactive and immersive trainings that unlock change that truly lasts. Her portfolio includes coachings and trainings for companies, organizations and individuals, keynote speeches, train-the-trainer seminars and team coachings.
As a dancer she won several international championships, performed on prestigious stages like Philharmony Berlin and Komische Oper Berlin. As a tango teacher she taught countless workshops of all sizes around the world.

Das Programm ARTWert VII - Erfolgreich in der Kulturwirtschaft wird aus Mitteln der Europäischen Union (Europäischer Sozialfonds ESF+) und des Landes Berlin im Rahmen des Förderinstruments "Qualifizierung in der Kulturwirtschaft (KuWiQ)" kofinanziert sowie von der Stiftung Pfefferwerk unterstützt. Die Beratungen und Netzwerke für Frauen aus der Kreativ- und Kulturwirtschaft, darunter auch die Summer School, werden gefördert von der Senatsverwaltung für Arbeit, Soziales, Gleichstellung, Integration, Vielfalt und Antidiskriminierung, Abteilung Frauen und Gleichstellung.

- die fristgerechte Bezahlung der Teilnahmegebühr, sofern eine erhoben wird: In der Regel € 30.- für eine einmalige Teilnahme, € 60.- für ein modular wählbares Paket aus bis zu 5 Tagen. Die Kosten stehen bei den jeweiligen Angeboten.
- das vollständig ausgefüllte Formular zur Teilnehmenden-Erfassung an einer ESF-geförderten Maßnahme. (Dies ist in den Anmeldevorgang integriert, füllt es bitte einmalig aus.)
- die Einwilligungserklärung zur Erhebung personenbezogener Angaben (in der Regel vor Ort)
- das vollständige Ausfüllen der Anwesenheitslisten (in der Regel vor Ort)
- die Teilnahme an einer Kompetenzfeststellung am Ende eines Moduls, eines Seminars und einer Beratung
- die Beteiligung an zwei Verbleibserfassungen nach Abschluss der Teilnahme
