A good positioning is key in order to sell your products or services in an (often) overcrowded marketplace. In this workshop, we will develop your positioning statement that identifies, prioritizes, and then clarifies the unique value you offer to a specific target market.

The workshop will be very interactive. We will continuously switch between theory and praxis and work individually and in small groups.

Rosana Pfaffe is a certified organizational consultant, a certified coach and a trainer. She works with individuals helping them to launch their businesses or growing their business to the next level. Rosana has more than 20 years of experience in managing teams and projects and launching new products and business units. Before founding her own business she was a managing director at a rating agency evaluating businesses and companies.
